ANGIOGRAPHY

Angiography also referred to as arteriography or coronary angiogram is a medical imaging technique, a kind of X-ray used to check blood vessels, arteries, veins and heart chambers.

Blocked arteries are one of the most common heart problems from which innumerable people suffer worldwide. Angioplasty is one of the most common medical procedures, which is used for opening the clogged arteries in the heart.

HEART BYPASS SURGERY

In bypass surgery, the cardiac surgeon removes a healthy blood vessel from the leg or from the chest wall and replaces the damaged or blocked portion of the artery of the heart.

HEART VALVE SURGERY

For replacing faulty valves of the heart, both biological tissue and mechanical valves are used. It is evident from the name that mechanical valves are artificial elements which have the same purpose as a natural heart valve.

TAVI/TAVR

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) procedure is a minimally invasive heart technique to replace a damaged aortic valve which is narrowed and does not open properly, in medical terms it is called as aortic valve stenosis.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE CARDIAC SURGERY

Cardiac Surgery through small incision, also known as Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery is a process in which heart surgeries are performed by making small incisions in the chest area instead of the conventional open heart surgery.

A heart transplant or cardiac transplant is a surgery, an operation in which a person’s failing, diseased heart is replaced with a healthier heart received from a donor.

SUTURELESS VALVE SURGERY

Moreover, the time taken for this surgery is not very long as the new valve does not need to be sewn. As a result, aortic cross-clamp times and cardiopulmonary times are minimized considerably.

BENTALL PROCEDURE

ENDOVENOUS LASER ABLATION

Endovenous laser ablation treatment is a minimally invasive method in which catheters, lasers, and ultrasound is used to treat varicose veins. It does not require hospitalization.
